Trust in a Team

Any leader should be worthy of trust in the team. Sometimes this can be quite difficult, but it is a necessary success factor, especially when making changes to the work. To be a source of trust, people sometimes need to work hard. For this, it is essential to build friendly relations with colleagues and act as a professional in a particular field from the very beginning of work in the organization. I try to do this in any new team, so I consider myself trustworthy. To foster trust in the team, it is vital to set up productive communication between all its members. In addition, at the stage of selecting people, one should note their personal qualities that are suitable for the existing team.

Role of Apology and Forgiveness

Everyone can make mistakes and cause others inconvenience. For this reason, it is essential to understand when to plead guilty and apologize. This can be a decisive factor in resolving complex conflicts. Using these tools improves the opponent’s attitude towards the apologizing side. Thanks to this, it becomes clear that a person is conscious and ready for compromises. This allows people to create a more friendly and relaxed atmosphere in any negotiations, which positively affects their outcome.

Relationship Between the Amygdala and Frontal Lobes

People carry out activities and perceive reality through the activation of different areas of the brain. Some of them, such as the amygdala and frontal lobes, affect human emotions. With the right approach to the communication process, these zones can be activated; in particular, they are responsible for joy and laughter. Their use allows people to relax interlocutors and tune them positively. Thanks to this, any conflict can be settled much faster and with less loss.
